CANYON, Texas - The Lady Buffs' softball game against Eastern New Mexico originally scheduled for Friday has been moved to Sunday. The Lady Buffs will take part in a three-game road series against the Zia beginning on Saturday with a double-header slated to begin at 1 p.m. (CST). The series continues on Sunday with a single contest at 1 p.m. (CST)

The softball team is in a must win situation if they want to compete in the Lone Star Conference tournament. WT has six games left against conference opponents and must win every contest.

The Lady Buffs will return to action at Lady Buff Yard on Wednesday as they battle Panhandle State in a double-header. Start time for this game is set for 1 p.m. Students and faculty are encouraged to attend the matchup as the softball team honors faculty from around campus during Faculty Appreciation day.
