DETROIT - The Wayne State Department of Athletics hosted the Winter 2007-08 First Year Letterwinners Reception on Tuesday evening in the WSU Athletics Hall of Fame Exhibit at the Matthaei Center.
Hall of Famer Cliff Russell and athletic director Rob Fournier addressed the student-athletes who were receiving their first varsity letter at Wayne State. Head coaches Jim Fetter, David Greer, Sean Peters, Jerzy Radz, and Bill Wilkinson, along with associate athletic director and Hall of Famer Allison Tookes, were also on hand to present the varsity jackets to their respective team members.
