The Wayne State University softball team's scheduled non-conference doubleheader for today at Ferris State has been cancelled due to wet fields from an overnight storm.
The non-conference doubleheader won't be rescheduled. However, the two teams are slated to meet in the final weekend of the regular season for a GLIAC twinbill on Friday, April 25 at the FSU Softball Field.
The Warriors will host Saginaw Valley for a league doubleheader on Saturday starting at 1:05 p.m. The first game will be televised by Comcast Television with Dave Zoran and Vicki Foley calling the action.
