CINCINNATI - Sophomore left-handed pitcher Danny Rosenbaum has been named the Atlantic 10's Pitcher of the Week, along with Matt Zielinski of Richmond, as announced by the conference office on Monday, April 28. This is the second weekly honor for the Loveland, Ohio, native as he also garnered the award on March 17.

Rosenbaum tossed eight shutout innings and struck out a career-high 12 on Apr. 27 in Xavier's 4-0 win over St. Bonaventure to complete XU's series sweep of the Bonnies. He allowed six hits and walked two en route to earning his third win of the season. The lefty now has a team-best 58 strikeouts in 50.1 innings pitched.
