Men's Golf Takes Fourth at 2008 A-10 Championship

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. - Junior Mike Beausejour shot a bogey-free final-round 68 to lead the Xavier University men's golf team into a fourth-place finish at the 2008 Atlantic 10 Championship on the Panther Lake Course at Orange County National Golf Center in Winter Garden, Fla. Beausejour finished alone in seventh place at four-under for the tournament while senior Brian Keating continued his steady play with an even par 72 on Sunday and finished in a tie for 11th at one-under.
Freshman Peter O'Neill fired a final round 70 and finished in a tie for 15th at one-over par. Sophomore Kieran Lovelock shot a 74 and senior Andy Connell concluded his collegiate career with a three-over par 75. |
