Men's Tennis Prepares for NCAA Tournament Match

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The Xavier men's tennis team is set to face the 15th-seeded University of Illinois on Friday, May 9, at 12:00 p.m. (CT) at UI's Atkins Tennis Center in NCAA Tournament First Round action. The Musketeers earned their first-ever appearance in the national tournament after winning the Atlantic 10 Championship on April 4. The winner of the two first round matches will then play in the Regional Final on Saturday, May 10, at 2 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets for the Illinois Regional only at the main entrance to the Atkins Tennis Center, which will be on the north side of the complex. Parking is free of charge and will be available in the grass lot bordering the north end of the building, which is accessible from Kirby Avenue. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for all students, while children two and under are free. For Friday, purchasing a single ticket will garner you admission into both matches.
