CINCINNATI - Freshman center Ta'Shia Phillips has been named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week after notching her 14th double-double of the season this past week. Phillips is now tied with UCF's Tia Lewis for the most of any freshman in the country. This marks the 10th time Phillips has earned the honor this season.

The Indianapolis native's double-double was earned with a 21-point 14-rebound effort in Xavier's 71-62 victory over Charlotte on Sunday. Phillips also established a new career high five blocked shots against the 49'ers.

Phillips averaged 17.5 points, 12 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game in a 1-1 week for the Musketeers. Phillips scored 14 points and snatched 10 rebounds in Xavier's 44-43 loss at Dayton on Thursday.

Xavier returns to action Wednesday February 18 when they travel to Bronx, N.Y. to compete against the Fordham Rams. The game is set to start at 7:00 p.m.
