Denver, CO - In its first spring trip match, Yale (3-4) fell to No. 24 Denver (13-0) 7-0 Monday. Lilian Nguyen and Stevi Petrelli won No. 3 doubles for the Bulldogs in the loss.

At No. 3 doubles, Nguyen and Petrelli defeated their opponents 8-6. The Bulldogs lost hard fought matches at both No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Both Lindsay Clark and Jessica Rhee at No. 1 doubles and Janet Kim and Lindsey Dashiell at No. 2 doubles lost 9-7 to their opponents.

Denver handed the Bulldogs straight set defeats at No. 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 singles. At No. 4 singles, Petrelli came up short 6-1, 1-6, 6-2.
